红花黄色素联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨红花黄色素联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及安全性。方法 66例UAP患者,分为两组,治疗组33例,对照组33例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用红花黄色素注射液联合皮下注射低分子肝素0.4 ml,2次/d,对照组仅行常规治疗。两组疗程均为7 d。治疗前后观察心绞痛发作次数、心电图ST段变化,监测血小板、凝血酶原时间(PT)、激活部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)。结果 两组均能明显控制心绞痛的发作次数(P<0.05),但治疗组更能显著降低心绞痛的发作(与对照组比较,P<0.05)。治疗组对心绞痛、心电图的疗效分别为 90.9%、81.8%,而对照组分别为60.6%、51.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前后治疗组血小板、PT、APTT无显著变化。结论 红花黄色素联合低分子肝素是治疗UAP的一种安全、有效的方法。

The clinical study on Safflower Yellow injection combined withLow Molecular Heparin in treating unstable angina pectoris

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Safflower Yellow injection combined with low molecular heparin in treating of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 66 patients with UAP were divided into two groups randomly,33 for treatment group,33 for control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with conventional therapy combined with intravenous drip Safflower Yellow injection and low molecular heparin 0.4 ml,twice daily subcutaneously for 7 days.The frequency of angina pectoris attacks,STT changes on the ECG,PLT,PT,APTT were observed.Results The frequency of angina pectoris attacks were decreased in two groups(P<0.05),and were significantly decreased in treatment group(compared with control group,P<0.05).The therapeutic effects of angina pectoris and ECG were 90.9%,81.8%respectively in treatment group,and were 60.6%,51.5%respectively in control group.There were significant differences between two groups.There were no significant differences in blood platelet,PT,APTT after treatment in treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion Safflower Yellow injection combined with low molecular heparin are effective and safety in the treatment of UAP.
