【摘要】 目的 探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾结石输尿管上段结石的手术适应征,方法及疗效。方法 对本院自2004年以来,应用MPCNL治疗的187例肾、输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 187例患者中156例1次取净结石,20例行二期经皮肾取石术,3例行三期经皮肾取石术。结石清除率95.6%。结论 Mini PCNL术治疗复杂性上尿路结石具有取石成功率高,创伤小,恢复快、住院时间短等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)in managing the proximal ureteral calculi.Methods 187cases of massive proximal ureteral calculi were treated by MPCNL between 2004 to 2008.Results The total ratio of stone free was 95.6%,and no severe complications happened.Conclusion MPCNL for the complex upper urinary tract calculi is safe and effective,It has the advantage of slight trauma,early recovery and,short hospital time.
