复方甘草酸苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察复方甘草酸苷片联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 将126例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例口服复方甘草酸苷片75 mg,3次/d,咪唑斯汀10 mg,1次/d;对照组58例口服咪唑斯汀10 mg,1次/d。两组疗程均为4周,评估疗效,记录不良反应。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83.83%和65.52%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论 复方甘草酸苷片联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of treating chronic urticaria by stronger neo minophagen C combined with mizollen

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Stronger Neo Minophagen C combined with Mizollen tablets in the treatment chronic urticaria.Methods 126 chronic urticaria patients were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(68cases)was treated with Stronger Neo Minophagen C three times a day and 75 mg per time,and Mizollen tablets 10 mg one time a day; While the control group(58 cases)was treated with Mizollen tablets 10 mg one time a day.After four weeks,compare effective rate.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.83%,and the control group was 65.52%,there was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).And all adverse events were mild and reversible.Conclusion Stronger Neo Minophagen C combined with Mizollen is effective and safe in treating chronic urticaria,and worth to apply to clinical use.

慢性荨麻疹是一种常见的皮肤病,常反复发作,迁延不愈,单纯应用抗组胺药物难以达到满意疗效。笔者应用复方甘草酸苷片联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹,取得良好疗效,现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 126例患者均来自本科门诊,病程6周以上,临床诊断符合慢性荨麻疹;[1]其中男69例,女57例;年龄15~58岁,平均28.3岁。治疗前1个月内未应用糖皮质激素及其他免疫抑制剂,1周内未服用抗组胺药物,肝功能及肾功能不全的患者以及妊娠和哺乳期妇女不作为观察对象。将患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组68例,对照组58例,两组病例的年龄、性别、病程等方面均具有可比性。
1.2 治疗方法 治疗组口服复方甘草酸苷片75 mg,3次/d,同时口服咪唑斯汀片10 mg,1次/d; 对照组口服咪唑斯汀片10 mg,1次/d。两组均连续服用4周后评定疗效并记录不良反应。
1.3 观察方法及疗效判定标准 分别于治疗前、后观察自觉症状及皮损消退情况。痊愈为皮损完全消退,自觉症状全部消失。显效为皮损消退60%以上,自觉症状明显改善;进步为皮损消退30%以上,仍有少量皮疹出现,自觉症状有所改善;无效为皮损消退不足30%,有新皮疹出现,自觉症状无改善。总有效率以痊愈加显效计。
