【摘要】 目的 探讨实时静脉尿路造影定位下体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 对2008年5月至2009年4月选择31例临床诊断为输尿管结石的患者应用实时静脉尿路造影检查了解肾脏分泌功能、梗阻结石的部位及程度,在其定位下EWSL治疗,观察其疗效。结果 31例输尿管结石中,除了3例因结石包裹改行开放性手术治疗,其余均取得满意效果。结论 采用实时静脉尿路造影定位下EWSL治疗,是输尿管下段困难结石的可靠治疗方法之一。

    The clinical application of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy about intravenous urography with real time positioning

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)treatment of ureteral calculi with intravenous urography real time positioning.Methods May 2008 to April 2009,31 patients with clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi with intravenous urography examination using real time understanding of the secretory function of the kidney,stone location and degree of obstruction in its positioning EWSL treatment,to observe the effect.Results 1 case of ureteral stones,in addition to three cases of the stones wrapped diverted to open surgery,the rest have achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion Intravenous urography using real time positioning EWSL treatment is good for lower ureteral stones in a reliable treatment methods. ......
