【摘要】 目的 为不愿手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者探索一套适宜的保守治疗方法。方法 对458例诊断明确、发病不同时期的患者,采用卧硬板床、骨盆牵引、推拿、针灸、药物及功能锻炼的方法。结果 痊愈246例,显效128例,有效80例,无效4例。结论 本方法经济、有效、痛苦小,易被患者接受。

    【Abstract】 Objective To seek a way of suitable synthetic treatment for prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc patients who refuse operation.Methods 458 cases patients were treated with lying on lamina dura, pelvic traction, massage medicines acupuncture, function training and so on.Results 246 cases healed.There were marked effect in 128 cases, effectiveness 80 cases, and failure in 4 cases.Conclusion The method is economical, effective, painless and easy for patients to accept.
