【摘要】 目的 回顾使用解剖钢板(胫骨远端踝板)螺钉内固定治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法 对2003年3月至2006年5月共18例Pilon骨折行切开复位解剖钢板螺钉内固定。结果 18例均得到随访,疗效参照Mazur标准[1],优良率为86.5%。结论 解剖钢板螺钉内固定治疗Pilon骨折,具有骨折固定可靠、并发症少、关节功能恢复快等优点,是一种有效的治疗手段。

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of review was using anatomical plate(distal tibia ankle plate)screw in treatment of Pilon fractures.Methods From march 2003 to May 2006 a total of 18 cases of Pilon fractures treated open reduction and anatomical plate and screw.Results 18 cases were followed up,efficacy of the standard reference Mazur[1],good rate of 86.5%.Conclusion The anatomical plate and screw fixation Pilon fracture with fracture fixation,fewer complications and quick recovery of joint function,is an effective treatment.
