【摘要】 目的 探讨应用鼻内镜电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的方法和疗效。方法 对32例顽固性鼻出血患者于鼻内镜下寻找出血点,用双极电凝烧灼后,局部用小块明胶海绵压迫。结果 随访3~6个月,28例(87.5%)一次治愈,3例(9.4%)2次治愈,1例(3.1%)经过其他方法处理均治愈,仅2例鼻腔轻度粘连。结论 鼻内镜下电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血疗效确切,符合微创,方法安全可靠。

    Analysis on therapeutic efficacy of diathermy for refractory epistaxis under nasalendoscope

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methodology and efficacy of endoscopic diathermy in management of refractory epistaxis.Methods 32 patients with severe intractable posterior epistaxis had beenexamined by endoscope.When we found the bleeding point,we used bipolar diathermy to cauterize it,and then micro-packing was used in this point with gelatin sponge.Results 32 patients have been followed up for 3-6 months,28 patients(87.5%)of them werecuredonce.And 3 patients were treated twice.1 patient were cured by other treatment.Only 2 patient reported minor nasal adhesion.Conclusion As a pure endonasal procedure,endoscopic diathermy of epistaxis is an effective and microinvasive means of achieving,long-term control of refractory epistaxis. ......
