磨牙全冠与半冠联合修复
【摘要】 目的 研究涉及相邻两个磨牙并有两牙接触点破坏患者行全冠与半冠联合修复的临床应用效果。方法 选择磨牙区大面积缺损并伴有邻牙接触点破坏患者40例，采用与全冠相连的半冠修复设计，行3～5年临床观察。结果 除一例脱落后重新粘固，一例活髓牙出现牙髓症状行根管治疗后重新粘接，剩余病例咬合正常，结果满意，成功率95%。结论 采用此设计可有效防止食物嵌塞，减少牙体预备量，方法可行。【关键词】 全冠；半冠；部分冠；接触点

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to evaluate the sound effect of the co-prosthesis of a full crown and a half crown for patients who have two adjoining decayed molars. Methods 40 patients who had a largely decayed molar and a adjoining molar with contact point caries were included in the study. Co-prosthesis of a full crown and a half crown was used. All cases had been clinically observed for 3 to 5 years. Results One case was rebounded for the crown mobility. One abutment with pulpitis was re-treated with root canal therapy. Other cases were satisfied and the success rate was 95%. Conclusion This design can efficiently prevent food impaction and reduce tooth preparation. ......
