【摘 要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对急性结肠出血诊断的应用价值。方法：对9例急性结肠出血患者进行多层螺旋CT检查同时结合相关文献进行回顾性分析。结果：在9例患者中，多层螺旋CT确诊出血部位7例，出血显示率77.8%。2例多层螺旋CT未发现出血灶及异常。结论：多层螺旋CT对急性结肠出血具有重要的临床应用价值。

    Abstract： Objective To investigate the multislice spiral CT on acute colonic hemorrhage diagnosis application value. Methods： 9 cases of acute colonic bleeding in patients with multi-slice spiral CT combined with related literature were retrospectively analyzed. Results： in 9 patients， spiral CT diagnosis of bleeding site in 7 cases， bleeding rate 77.8%. In 2 patients with multislice spiral CT revealed no bleeding lesion and abnormality. Conclusion： multi-slice spiral CT on acute colonic bleeding has important clinical application value.
