[摘要] 目的 比较戊二醛与紫外线照射对供应室无菌区的消毒效果。方法 将两个空间相等的供应室无菌区分为观察组和对照组，观察组用0.1%戊二醛喷雾行空气消毒，对照组用紫外线照射消毒，比较二者的消毒效果。结果 两种消毒方法对供应室无菌区消毒均有效，但0.1%的戊二醛臭氧的消毒效果更好。结论 供应室无菌区应用0.1%戊二醛喷雾行空气消毒效果好、简便、快速、安全，值得临床推广使用。
