[摘要] 目的 评价多重PCR在快速诊断社区获得性肺炎病原体中的作用。方法 提取痰液标本中的DNA，扩增病原体DNA后电泳并观察其结果，同时给予普通PCR或分离培养作为对照。结果 成功检测出32例感染者，与普通PCR符合率达100%，敏感性高于分离培养。结论 多重PCR能高通量、快速诊断病原体，值得临床进一步推广。
