[摘要] 目的 比较不同钙离子拮抗剂对稳定性心绞痛的治疗效果。方法 分别采用第三代、第一代钙拮抗剂中的两种药物司乐平和硝苯地平治疗稳定性心绞痛患者，观察心绞痛缓解情况、运动平板试验情况、心率、血压的变化情况及不良反应。结果 司乐平与硝苯地平都能改善心肌缺血，使心绞痛发作次数减少，都能产生副作用，只是随着时间的推移，司乐平组的副作用可消失。结论 司乐平作为第三代钙拮抗剂在稳定性心绞痛的治疗上明显由于第一代钙拮抗剂硝苯地平。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo study the effect of the different of CCB on stable angina pectoris. MethodsLacidipine and nefidipine were given to treat the patients with stable angina pectoris. The accident of angina pectoris，treadmill test，change of heart rate and blood pressure，etc. and other side-effects were observed. ResultsLacidipine and nifedipine all decreased myocardial ischemia andchanged the side-effects，lacidipine’s side-effects could dispear with time passed. ConclusionLacidipine as the third CCB is better than nefidipine on treating the stable angina pectoris ......
