[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性腰腿痛外科手术治疗方法和疗效。方法 7年来采用小切口椎板开窗减压治疗慢性腰腿痛126例。结果 1年以上远期随访优良率达89%。结论 选择合适病例行小切口椎板开窗减压治疗慢性腰腿痛患者,创伤小,无须广泛减压固定,康复快,费用低,能避免社会医疗资源的浪费。
