昆明市公共场所服务人员乙肝检测结果抽样分析

[摘要] 目的 分析昆明市公共场所服务人员乙型肝炎病毒感染及免疫情况,为预防免疫提供参考。方法 抽样调取昆明市卫生防疫站2000年度、2004年度、2008年度公共场所服务人员乙肝五项检测报告各1000份,对比分析三组患者乙型肝炎病毒感染、具有免疫力及无免疫力年度变化情况。结果 乙肝感染率从2000年12.4%下降至2008年8.4%,免疫率从2000年56.4%提高到2008年70.6%,差异具有统计学意义。结论 公共场所服务人员乙肝感染率呈下降趋势,但仍维持在较高水平,需要进一步预防控制。
