外耳道胆脂瘤治疗方法与预后关系

[摘要] 目的 观察与探讨外耳道胆脂瘤的治疗方法及与预后的关系。方法 Ⅰ期外耳道胆脂瘤在无麻醉的情况下取出胆脂瘤,氯霉素粉外耳道局部搁置24h;Ⅱ期手术治疗;并实施保健教育。对患者预后进行三年观察追踪。结果 Ⅰ期66耳无复发,扩大的外耳道有不同程度的好转,听力提高。用logistic回归分析,复发与病程和是否受到健康教育有关(P<0.05)。结论 外耳道胆脂瘤的治疗方法可行,早期治疗、加强健康教育是预防疾病复发的重要因素。
