[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜微创治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的方法和临床效果。方法 经尿道单镜或多镜联合下,行尿道内切开、尿道瘢痕电切等对尿道狭窄或闭锁进行治疗,对其手术疗效及操作要点进行回顾性分析和总结,并与开放性手术治疗组进行对比。结果 内镜治疗组38例患者,37例手术成功,总成功率为97.4%;开放性手术组13例,成功12例,总成功率为92.3%。内镜治疗组尿流率由术前的(5.3±3.2)mL/s上升至(29.6±10.8)mL/s,开放性手术组尿流率由术前的(5.7±4.1)mL/s上升至(29.4±11.5)mL/s,两组间无显著性差异。结论 内镜微创治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁,手术时间短,出血少,术后排尿通畅,副损伤小,是治疗男性尿道狭窄或闭锁的首选术式,值得临床推广。
