不同分期肺癌组织中Beclin1\p53\p16表达情况分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 本文旨在通过对肺癌组织中Beclin1、p53和p16表达的分析,为肺癌早期诊断及其恶性度评估提供可靠数据。方法 选择2009年1～12月在山西省汾阳医院就诊的肺癌患者,取肺组织50例,检测样本中不同分期肺癌组织Beclin1、p53、p16的表达情况,对该表达情况与对应的分期进行方差分析与LSD-t检验。结果 不同肺癌分期的Beclin1、p53、p16的表达情况之间的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌各临床分期的Beclin1、p53、p16表达情况不一样。随肺癌分期的增高p53表达量增高,p16表达量下调,Beclin1表达量降低。
