[摘要] 目的 探讨阴道镜诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)在临床中的价值。方法 对阴道镜诊断的112例CIN行阴道镜下活检病理诊断并给予对比。结果 阴道镜镜检与阴道镜下活检病理诊断相比,符合率达90%以上。结论 阴道镜镜检对诊断CIN有重要价值,可作为CIN的筛查方法,以便早期诊治,避免宫颈癌的发生。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the colposcopic diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in clinical value. MethodsThe clinical data of 112 CIN patients diagnosed by colposcopy were analyzed and compared with results of pathologic biopsy and diagnosis. ResultsThe result of colposcopic examination was well in line with those of pathologic biopsy,with the coincidence rate of above 90.0%. Conclusion The colposcopic examination has an important value in the diagnosis of CIN,and it can be used as a screening method for early CIN diagnosis to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer ......
