东莞市东坑镇饮食行业卫生情况调查分析

     [摘要] 目的 对东莞市东坑镇的饮食行业卫生情况进行调查分析,以对卫生情况大体了解,为以后的工作提供依据。方法 对2005～2008年东坑镇的卫生情况进行调查研究,将调查结果进行统计分析,将其中的餐具及冰箱细菌学结果进行统计比较。结果 经调查研究发现,随着年份的增长卫生情况越来越好,历年结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 随着对卫生行业的宣传及制度的完善,卫生情况越来越好,保障了广大人民的健康,值得进一步研究和完善。
