胶原酶髓核溶解和经皮髓核切吸术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 评估胶原酶髓核溶解联合经皮髓核切吸在青少年腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效。方法 腰椎间盘突出症的青少年患者22例,采用经皮髓核切吸联合胶原酶髓核溶解术治疗,随访并分析治疗效果。结果 21例患者得到了随访(1例失访),随访时间12～34个月,优良率88%。结论 联合采用胶原酶髓核溶解和经皮髓核切吸术是治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的有效手段。
