[摘要] 目的 探讨CD44v6在乳腺癌及乳腺腺病中的表达变化与临床病理意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测52例乳腺癌及15例乳腺腺病组织CD44v6的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果 CD44v6在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率78.8%(41/52),在乳腺腺病中阳性表达率13.3%(2/15),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且其阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6的表达可能与乳腺癌的分化及患者预后相关。
