女性阴道毛滴虫感染情况的调查分析

     [摘要] 目的 了解女性阴道毛滴虫的感染情况,探讨阴道毛滴虫的感染与年龄、民族、职业、避孕方式和个人卫生习惯的关系。方法 采用生理盐水直接涂片镜检法检查1822例门诊患者的阴道分泌物,通过χ2检验对滴虫的感染率进行分析。结果 所调查妇女阴道毛滴虫感染者113例,发生率为6.20%;30～39岁年龄组感染率为8.14%,明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.01);服务业者感染率为11.65%,明显高于其他职业者(P<0.01);经常混用洗脚盆清洗会阴者的感染率高达19.61%。结论 年龄、职业、个人卫生习惯均与阴道毛滴虫的感染有关,而民族、避孕方式对阴道毛滴虫的感染分布无影响。
