[摘要] 目的 研究S100A6基因在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用荧光定量PCR技术定量分析宫颈良性病变13例、宫颈癌未合并淋巴结转移和宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移各25例的宫颈组织中S100A6基因的表达量。结果 S100A6基因在不同病变宫颈组织中均有表达,宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移组中表达最高,宫颈癌未合并淋巴结转移组表达次之,宫颈良性病变组最低。结论 S100A6基因在不同病变宫颈组织中表达均有差异,随着宫颈病变程度及浸润转移表达增高,结合临床可以作为评价宫颈癌转移浸润危险性的参考指标之一。
