[摘要] 目的 观察鲫鱼汤对阿霉素肾病的治疗效果。方法 用阿霉素尾静脉注射法制造大鼠肾病模型,用鲫鱼汤对该疾病模型进行治疗观察。结果 鲫鱼汤对降低大鼠阿霉素肾病的尿蛋白、血肌酐和尿素氮均有明显作用。结论 鲫鱼汤对大鼠阿霉素肾病有较好的疗效。

Effect of Crucian Soup on Adriamycin-induced Nephropathy in Rats

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the effect of crucian soup in the treatment of rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy. MethodsWe used SD rat to prepare a nephrotic syndrome model by tail intravenous injection with adriamycin and observed the influence of crucian soup on the nephrotic syndrome model. ResultsCrucian soup could significantly decrease urinary protein,BUN and Scr in the rat model. ConclusionCrucian soup plays an important role in the treatment of adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats.
