锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折(1)

     [摘要] 目的 评价伤后Ⅰ期切开复位锁定钢板螺钉内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 Ⅰ期切开复位、使用锁定钢板内固定方法治疗 57例胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折患者,评价其临床治疗效果。结果 随访6 个月～3 年(平均18个月),全部病例无术后切口感染、肢体短缩及骨筋膜间室综合征等并发症发生,骨折愈合100%,患肢功能恢复满意,优良率98.7%。结论 Ⅰ期切开复位锁定钢板内固定是胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折切实可行的治疗方法,其最大优点是早期恢复患肢功能,避免骨筋膜间室综合征的发生。
