[摘要] 目的 探讨异丙酚静脉注射和笑气吸入用于人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法 将150例使用异丙酚静脉注射行人工流产术的患者作为异丙酚组，将120例使用笑气吸入行人工流产术的患者作为笑气组，将90例未用药行人工流产术的患者作为对照未用药组;观察异丙酚、笑气的镇痛效果。结果 异丙酚和笑气均有镇痛作用，与对照组比较，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);异丙酚的镇痛效果明显，镇痛有效率异丙酚组(100%)与笑气组(76.67%)差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 异丙酚和笑气用于人工流产术均有良好镇痛效果，异丙酚镇痛效果优于笑气。
