联合莫沙比利治疗糜烂性胃炎临床观察

[摘要] 目的 观察联合莫沙比利治疗糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法 通过内镜确诊的糜烂性胃炎52例,分成观察组22例和治疗组30例,均给予奥美拉唑胶囊20mg早、晚各1次口服,硫糖铝片1.0g三餐饭前0.5h各1次、睡前1次口服;治疗组在此基础上加莫沙比利5mg每日3次,三餐饭前0.5h服用;疗程均为4周,疗程结束后复查内镜,并进行临床症状及内镜效果的评价,比较两组的总有效率。结果 治疗组显效16例,有效12例,总有效率93.3%。观察组显效5例,有效10例,总有效率68.2%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糜烂性胃炎联合莫沙比利治疗糜烂性胃炎能改善胃动力紊乱,症状缓解快,糜烂愈合快,优于观察组。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of combined mosapride in treatment of erosive gastritis. MethodsErosive gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy in 52 cases,22 cases were divided into observation group,treatment group of 30 patients were given omeprazole capsules 20mg,morning and evening of all time,sucralfate tablets 1.0g,three meals and a half hours each once,before bed time,the treatment group on this basis plus mosapride 5mg,three times a day,three meals and a half hours taking courses are four weeks,after the review of endoscopic treatment,and clinical symptoms and endoscopic effect of evaluation,evaluation of the two groups overall efficient ......
