胶原酶溶解术治疗高危前列腺增生症临床观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨非手术治疗高危前列腺增生症的方法及疗效。方法 采用B超引导下经会阴穿刺胶原酶注射溶解术治疗前列腺增生症患者72例,随访半年,根据前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、残余尿(PVR)测定结果进行回顾性对比研究。结果 72例患者术后症状均不同程度改善,IPSS、QOL、PVR较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 经会阴胶原酶注射溶解术治疗前列腺增生症,操作简单、安全、微创,疗效满意。
