肺结核合并肺癌的影像学分析36例(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨肺结核合并肺癌的影像学表现,旨在提高肺结核合并肺癌的早期诊断能力。方法 收集经病理证实的肺结核合并肺癌36例,全部患者均完成X线平片及CT检查,并分析其影像学特点。结果 36例肺结核合并肺癌的病例中,在原患肺结核的基础上并发肺癌27例,7例合并肺结核患者为诊断肺癌后被发现患有肺结核,误诊2例。结论 影像检查对肺结核合并肺癌的诊断非常有价值,诊断需要影像密切结合临床,以利于早期诊断,早期治疗。
