高频超声对诊断急性蜂窝组织炎的效果研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 评价利用软组织超声技术诊断病人急性蜂窝组织炎的效果。方法 首先回顾性研究高频超声检查对急性蜂窝组织炎的诊断效果,再以本院门急诊患有急性蜂窝组织炎需行外科引流术但不伴有可见性脓肿的成年患者作为对象,由高频超声检查判断是否存在脓肿及脓液的含量。结果 高频超声检查与病理结果符合性较好(kappa=0.78>0.75),两种方法无明显差异(P>0.05);高频超声对急性蜂窝组织炎是否伴有脓肿的判断与行外科引流术的结果一致性较好(kappa=0.77>0.75),但两种方法存在一定差异(P<0.05)。结论 高频超声可以作为急性蜂窝组织炎的首选诊断方法,对临床治疗有指导意义。
