肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清炎症细胞因子的检测及临床意义

     [摘要] 目的 探讨血清炎症细胞因子(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)发病中的作用及临床价值。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定60例MPP患儿和60例健康儿童血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平。结果 急性期患儿血清IL-2的水平与恢复期、对照组比较显著降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);急性期患儿血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的水平与恢复期、对照组比较显著上升,有显著性差异(P<0.05);恢复期和对照组炎症细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α参与了MPP发生和疾病进展,检测上述炎症细胞因子变化对判定病情和预后有一定的临床应用价值。

    Clinical Significance of Serum Inflammatory Cytokines in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the change of serum inflammatory cytokines(IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α) in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP) and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of children with acute MPP and 60 healthy children were used as object of study. The serum inflammatory cytokines levels were tested by ELISA method. Results The serum IL-2 level of the acute MPP group was lower than that of the convalescent MPP group and control group,the difference were significant(P<0.05);The serum IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αlevels of the acute MPP group were higher than those of the convalescent MPP group and control group,the difference were significant(P<0.05);The serum inflammatory cytokines levels were no difference significantly between the convalescent MPP group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α involved in the occurrence and disease progression of MPP. It has important significance to detect the serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α levels in children with MPP.

    肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)是介于病毒与细菌之间的一种病原微生物,是小儿感染性疾病的常见病原体之一,也是引起小儿下呼吸道感染的重要病原之一。近年来肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)发病率呈逐渐增高的趋势[1]。MPP可并发多系统、多器官损害,是发展中国家儿童死亡的首要原因,MPP严重威胁着小儿健康。目前有关MPP的发病机制尚不完全清楚,炎症细胞因子的异常表达与MPP的发病相关[2]。我们通过检测MPP患儿血清炎症细胞因子(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)水平的变化,旨在探讨其在MPP发生和发展机制中的作用,为MPP诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
