[摘要] 目的 探讨螺旋CT三期动态增强扫描小肝癌的影像学特点。方法 选择24例经病理证实的小肝癌患者临床及影像学资料，重新阅片，分析其影像学特征。结果 24例患者共检出24个病灶，均为单发病灶，平扫期多为低密度灶，动态增强扫描呈现均匀或不均匀强化，动脉期及门脉期强化多见。结论 小肝癌螺旋CT三期动脉增强扫描具有特征性的影像学特点，能够为小肝癌定性诊断提供依据。
