冠心病患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶和C反应蛋白改变及临床意义(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在冠心病发病中的作用及临床价值。方法 采用双抗夹心ELISA法测定120例冠心病患者和35例健康体检者血清LP-PLA2和CRP水平。 结果 冠心病组血清LP-PLA2、CRP水平均显著高于对照组(t=4.157,11.152,P<0.01);在冠心病不同临床类型患者中,AMI组血清LP-PLA2、CRP水平显著高于UAP组、SAP组(t=3.509,3.973,4.453,7.510,P均<0.01),UAP组血清LP-PLA2、CRP水平显著高于SAP组(t=2.998,4.466,P<0.05);血清LP-PLA2和CRP水平无相关性(r=0.067,P>0.05)。结论 LP-PLA2和CRP同参与了动脉粥样硬化的炎症反应,在冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程中扮演了重要的角色。

    Changes of Serum LP-PLA2 and CRP in Patients with Coronary Heart Diseases and Its Clinical Significance

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the change of serum LP-PLA2 and CRP in patients with coronary heart diseases (CHD) and its clinical significance. Methods The serum LP-PLA2 and CRP level of 120 cases of CHD patients and 35 cases of healthy subjects were measured by ELISA. Results The serum LP-PLA2 and CRP levels of the CHD group were higher than the control group, compared the difference was significant (t=4.157,11.152,P<0.01);In CHD patients of different clinical types, the serum LP-PLA2 and CRP levels of AMI group were higher than the UAP group and SAP group, the difference was significant (t=3.509,3.973,4.453,7.510,P<0.01);The serum LP-PLA2 and CRP levels of UAP group were higher than the SAP group, the difference was significant (t=2.998,4.466,P<0.05); The serum LP-PLA2 and CRP levels was no significantly correlated (r=0.067,P>0.05). Conclusion The serum LP-PLA2 and CRP levels participate in the atherosclerotic inflammatory response and play important role in the incidence of in the process of coronary atherosclerosis.
