清开灵注射液治疗CAP的临床疗效及其PCT和CRP的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察清开灵注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床效果,探讨其对CAP患者血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法 60例CAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用抗生素对症治疗,治疗组另给予清开灵注射液,两组疗程均为14d。治疗结束后评价临床疗效、观察治疗前后PCT和CRP水平的改变。结果 治疗组临床疗效有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清PCT、CRP水平与治疗前和对照组比较显著下降,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为13.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 清开灵注射液能有效抑制CAP患者的炎症反应,且安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical Efficacy of Qingkailing Injection in Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia and Impact on Serum Procalcitonin and C-reactive Protein

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qingkailing injection in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) and impact on serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods Sixty cases of patients with CAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment of antibiotics and the treatment group was given assisted treatment of qingkailing injection. The two groups were treated for 14 days. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated; Pre-treatment and after treatment, the PCT and CRP levels of two groups were observed. Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and it was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.7%) with significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment, the PCT and CRP levels of treatment group decreased, and compared with the pre-treatment and the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of treatment group was 13.3%, and it was significantly lower than that of the control group (70.0%)with significant difference (P<0.05).
