[摘要] 目的 研究未婚妊娠女青少年心理健康状况与自我和谐和应对方式之间的关系。方法 收集来我院就诊的未婚妊娠少女128名作为观察组，选取同期来我院健康体检的健康少女128名作为对照组，调查采用填写症状自评量表SCL-90、自我和谐量表及简易应对方式量表。结果 观察组的症状自评量表的各因子得分明显高于对照组；观察组的自我和谐量表的自我灵活得分显著低于对照组，其他各因子得分明显高于对照组；简易应对方式量表中的积极应对得分明显低于对照组，以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状自评得分与自我和谐得分和消极应对得分呈明显正相关，与积极应对得分呈明显负相关；自我和谐得分与躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执呈明显正相关。结论 对未婚妊娠女青年应采取性健康教育等措施进行干预，同时对其进行心理辅导也非常必要，可以使其树立积极的生活态度，提高身心健康。

Survey on the Mental Health Status and Self-Consciousness of the Unmarried Pregnant Female

[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship among the mental health status and the self consistency and congruence， coping style of the unmarried pregnant female. Methods A total of 128 unmarried pregnant female came from our hospital as observation group， and 128 healthy unmarried female were selected as control group. They were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90)， Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Results The factor score of SCL-90 in the observation group was higher than that of the control group； The self-flexible score of SCCS was lower and other factor scores were higher； The score of positive coping-style was lower and there were significant differences (P<0.05). The scores of SCL-90 was positively correlated with self consistency and congruence score， and the score of negative coping-style was negative correlated with the score of positive coping-style； Self consistency and congruence score was positively correlated with somatization， compulsion， interpersonal sensitivity， depression， anxiety， hostility and paranoid. Conclusion The unmarried pregnant female should receive some sexual health education， and it is imperative to give them some psychological consultation to help them developing positive attitude to life and improving the mental and physical health.
