丁硼乳膏治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨丁硼乳膏治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床效果。方法 收集2010年1月～2011年1月来我院就诊的在固定矫治中出现牙龈炎的患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组使用丁硼乳膏刷牙，对照组采用普通牙膏刷牙，比较两组患者的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果 治疗后2周、4周观察组患者的GI、PLI、SBI值明显下降(P<0.05)，且与对照组治疗后比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丁硼乳膏治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎效果较好，能够显著地抑制口腔中的细菌，维护固定矫治中的牙周健康。

Clinical Study of Gingivitis in the Fixed Orthodontic Treated by Dingpeng Cream

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of gingivitis in the fixed orthodontic treated by Dingpeng cream. Methods Sixty-two cases with gingivitis in the fixed orthodontic were selected from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 31 patients. The patients in the observation group was brush teeth by Dingpeng cream and control group was brush teeth by common toothpaste, the gingival index(GI), Plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)in two groups were compared. Results After 2, 4, 6 weeks of post-therapy, GI、PLI、SBI in the observation group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05), there were significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of gingivitis in the fixed orthodontic treated by Dingpeng cream is good, and could reduce the bacteria in the mouth and it can maintain the periodontal health in the fixed orthodontic.

在固定矫治过程中，由于患者戴入了矫治器，降低了牙龈的自洁作用，所以大部分患者在正畸过程中均发生程度不等的牙龈炎，其主要临床表现为牙龈红肿、探诊出血、甚至牙龈增生[1]。而患者在矫治后、矫正期间的牙周状况又对其近期和远期的治疗效果有明显的影响[2]。本研究收集来我院就诊的在固定矫治中出现牙龈炎的患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用丁硼乳膏刷牙，与使用普通牙膏刷牙的对照组患者进行比较，以观察丁硼乳膏预防和治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床效果，现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
62例研究对象均为2010年1月～2011年1月来我院就诊的在固定矫治中出现牙龈炎的患者，其中男25例，女37例，年龄13～25岁，平均(19.0±5.7)岁。所有患者均为固定矫治2个月以上 ......
