[摘要] 探讨腺相关病毒载体在阿尔茨海默病中的应用。腺相关病毒载体是目前基因治疗中最常用的病毒载体，由于其具有定点整合、无致病性，通过一系列实验与研究，证明其可长期表达、免疫反应性小等独特的生物学特性。取得较为理想的前临床实验结果，重组腺相关病毒载体的进展为以后基因治疗带来了希望，为将来进入临床治疗打下了良好的基础。

    [Abstract] To explore the application of adeno-associated virus load in Alzheimer’s disease. Adeno-associated virus load is the one which is often used in gene therapy, because it owns the unique biological characteristics of integration on special spot, causing no other side effects. According to the results of a series of experiments and study, it can express itself forever and has little bad immune reaction. Its pre-clinic experimental result is ideal. Its advance of reorganization brings hope to future gene therapy and it lays a solid foundation for future clinic treatment. ......
