神经节苷脂钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的机制研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察神经节苷脂钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病对患儿的疗效及作用机制。方法 将入选确诊的64例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿根据用药不同随机分为常规治疗组(A组,n=34)和联合应用神经节苷脂钠治疗组(B组,n=30),对比分析治疗后两组的总有效率、苏醒时间、惊厥消失时间、肌张力恢复时间、NBNA评分治疗不同时间变化情况。结果 A组的总有效率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。与B组比较,A组患儿苏醒快,惊厥消失时间快,肌张力恢复快(P<0.05)。治疗后15d两组患儿的NBNA评分均较治疗后3d明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后28d后,两组患儿的NBNA评分均较治疗后15d明显提高,且A组的NABA评分均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 常规治疗的基础上应用神经节苷脂钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病,疗效好,无明显副作用,明显改善患儿的临床症状、体征,促进脑功能的恢复,值得推广和应用。

    The Mechanism of Ganglioside Sodium in Treatment of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of children with efficacy and mechanism of action. Methods The selected 64 cases neonatal diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy according to the different treatment were divided into two groups,group A:34 cases,group B:30 cases. We compared and analyzed the total efficiency,recovery time,lost time,convulsions,muscle tension recovery time,NBNA rate changes at different times. Results Group A was significantly higher than the total group B (P<0.05). With the B group,group A of children wake up fast,time fast disappearance of seizures,muscle tension and rapid recovery(P<0.05). 15 days after treatment,two groups of children NBNA score than 3 days after treatment significantly increased(P<0.05). 28 days after treatment,compared with two groups of children NBNA scores improved significantly 15 days after treatment,and the NABA score in group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the application of conventional treatment ganglioside sodium in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,good curative effect,no significant side effects,significant improvement in children with clinical symptoms,signs,and promote recovery of brain function,should be promoted and applied.
