38例阴式子宫切除术的临床效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 比较阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的临床效果。方法 选择2008年12月～2009年12月在我院因各种子宫良性病变而行子宫切除术患者76例作为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序随机分为阴式组38例和开腹组38例，对比观察两组的平均年龄、BMI、子宫孕周大小、子宫病变以及手术时间、术中出血量、手术后的肛门排气时间、住院时间等指标，并应用统计学方法进行处理。结果 与腹式组比较，阴式组的手术时间短、术中出血少、肠功能恢复快、住院时间短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.46、25.63、7.34、5.37，P<0.01)。术后随访3个月、6个月和12个月，两组术后性生活恢复正常，均大小便正常。且阴式组术后无腹壁切口疼痛，无下腹胀痛及其他不适，术后复查阴道残端愈合良好，无息肉发生，妇检及B超联合检查均未发现有盆腔炎性包块和血肿。结论 阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术比较具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后患者恢复快、并发症少、痛苦小、术后住院时间短等优点，值得临床医生广泛应用。

Clinical Comparative Study on Vaginal Hysterectomy and Abdominal Hysterectomy

[Abstract] Objective To compare vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy in clinical effect. Methods Choose from December 2008 to December 2009 period in our hospital due to a variety of benign uterine disease and hysterectomy 76 patients for the study, according to hospital randomly divided into two groups, the vaginal group 38 cases and open surgery group 38 cases were observed comparing the average age, BMI, gestational age size of the uterus, uterine diseases and surgery of the operative time, blood loss, post-operative anal exhaust time, hospital stay and other indicators and application of statistical methods for processing. Results t test results showed that compared with abdominal, vaginal surgery group a short time, less bleeding, faster recovery of intestinal function, shorter hospital stay, the differences were statistically significant(t=12.46, 25.63, 7.34, 5.37, P<0.01). Patients were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 12 months postoperative sexual life back to normal urine were normal. Vaginal and abdominal incision group were no pain, no abdominal pain and other discomfort, after review of the vaginal stump healed well without polyps occur, gynecological and B-joint examination were found to have pelvic mass and hematoma ......
