复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对COPD患者血浆炎症因子和肺功能的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血浆炎症因子和肺功能的影响。方法 68例COPD患者分为观察组和对照组,均予以吸氧、抗感染、止咳化痰及平喘等治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入,连用10d。结果 治疗后,两组患者的肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF和FEF75%均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组改善幅度更明显(P<0.05)。同时两组患者血浆IL-8、TGF-β1和TNF-α水平明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。观察组的临床有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.31,P<0.05)。结论 复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗COPD的疗效确切,能明显改善患者的肺功能,其作用机制与调节血浆炎症因子表达有关。

    Effect of Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol on Plasma Inflammatory Cytokines and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide aerosol on plasma inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary function in patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods All 68 patients of COPD were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. All patients were received the treatment of oxygen,antibiotics,drugs for relieving cough,sputum and asthma,and other symptomatic and supportive treatment. The experimental group received an additional treatment of inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide aerosol for 10 days. Results Both two groups showed significant changes in the pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,and FEF75%)after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the experimental group improved more significantly(P<0.05). Plasma IL-8、TGF-β1 and TNF-α levels decreased significantly in both two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).
