96例胃癌患者血清肿瘤标记物联合检测的临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨血清肿瘤标记物在胃癌诊断、病情评估、术后疗效评价和预后评估等方面的临床价值。方法 选取96例胃癌患者和36例胃良性疾病患者，分别检测患者的血清CEA、CA50、CA15-3、CA19-9、CA125、CA242等6项肿瘤标记物，对胃癌患者进行2年的随访检测。结果 胃癌组患者血清CEA、CA50、CA19-9、CA125等4项肿瘤标记物显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。平行检测法可以提高检测的灵敏度(88.5%)，系列检测法可提高检测的特异度(90.5%)。4项血清肿瘤标记物水平在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病例明显提高，且存在显著差异(P<0.05)。复发转移组病例4种血清肿瘤标记物水平明显高于未复发转移组(P<0.05)，并随随访时间延长而逐渐升高。结论 联合检测血清CEA、CA50、CA19-9、CA125对胃癌的术前诊断、病情评估、术后疗效评价和预后评估等方面具有一定的临床价值。

Clinical Analysis on Combined Assay of Serum Tumor Markers in 96 Cases with Gastric Carcinoma

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of serum tumor markers in diagnosis，assessment of illness and curative effect，and prognosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods All 96 patients with gastric carcinoma and 36 patients with benign gastric disease were selected，and 6 kinds of serum tumor markers including CEA、CA50、CA15-3、CA19-9、CA125、CA242 were detected respectively. And patients with gastric cancer were followed up for 2 years. Results Four kinds of serum tumor markers including CEA、CA50、CA19-9、CA125 in gastric carcinoma group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01). Simultaneously combined assay can raise sensitivity(88.5%)，and serial combined assaycan raise specificity(90.5%). Four kinds of tumor markers were higher in cases of phase Ⅲ and Ⅳ than in those of Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0.05). Also 4 kinds of tumor markers in group of relapse and metastasis were higher than that without relapse and metastasis(P<0.05)，and the level were rising gradually with prolonged follow-up. Conclusion It has some clinical value on diagnosis，assessment of illness and curative effect，and prognosis of gastric carcinoma by combined assay of serum tumor markers including CEA、CA50、CA19-9、CA125.
