[摘要] 目的 调查台州沿海地区健康体检人群中甲状腺结节患病率和流行病学特点。方法 应用高频彩色超声对2005年1月～2011年6月20岁以上人群进行甲状腺B超检测。结果 调查10273人次中甲状腺结节患病率为33.98%，男性患病率为31.50%，女性患病率为37.80%，男女间患病率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。同时对371例甲状腺结节人群进行5年随访，发生癌变36例占9.70%，均经术后病理诊断证实。结论 调查地域健康人群中甲状腺结节发病率较高，且女性患病率高于男性。
