[摘要] 田基黄作为传统中药在临床上作为抗肝类药物使用已久，其具有广泛的药理作用，有待于更深入的研究和探讨，使田基黄能更多地应用于临床。本文通过查阅近半年来国内外相关文献，结合田基黄的药理及临床应用、含量测定，指纹图谱的研究概况进行归纳并综述。

    [Abstract] Hypericum japonicum as traditional Chinese medicine having extensively pharmacological effect has been used in clinical practice for a long time and more researches are required to expand its clinical application. The pharmacology and clinical application，assaying and finger print of hypericum japonicum combined with the foreign and domestic literatures were reviewed and summarized.
