三七总皂苷对脊髓损伤大鼠斜板实验评分的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨三七总皂苷对脊髓损伤大鼠行为学变化的影响。 方法 采用改良的Allen’s法将80只成年雌性Wistar大鼠造成脊髓中度损伤模型,随机分为两组:脊髓损伤+生理盐水组(对照组)、脊髓损伤+三七总皂苷组(实验组),每组40只。以损伤后1、3、5、7、14 d作为观察时间点,在每个时间点各组随机选择8只大鼠行斜板实验评分。 结果 实验组大鼠斜板实验评分均明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 三七总皂苷可减轻脊髓损伤后继发性损害。

    The influence of Panax notoginsenosides on the sloping plate experiment score in rats with spinal cord injury

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influences of Panax notoginsenosides on behaviors of the rats with spinal cord injuriy. Methods By using the improved Allen's method to divide eighty models of adult female Wistar rats with moderate damage in spinal cord. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: one group was spinal cord injury + normal saline (control group), and the other group was spinal cord injury + Panax notoginsenosides (experimental group). Each group had forty rats. 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 14 d after the injury were chosen as the observation time points. At each time point 8 rats were randomly selected from each group for conducting sloping plate experiment. Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Panax notoginsenosides can relieve the secondary damage after spinal cord injury.
