2008~2010年上饶市滤除白细胞血液在临床输血中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究滤除白细胞血液前后质量及临床应用效果,为我市全面推广该技术提供实验依据。 方法 对上饶市县级及县级以上12家医院2008~2010年采用滤除白细胞的血液临床应用效果进行调查,将临床输血病例分为两组:输注滤除白细胞血液的观察组和输注全血即未滤除白细胞血液的对照组;对两组病例输血不良反应作回顾性分析,并对两组病例输血不良反应发生率进行对比。 结果 对照组共输血1 257人次,输血不良反应73例,不良反应率5.807%;观察组共输血1277人次,输血不良反应9例,不良反应率0.705%。过滤后血液白细胞去除率达99.07%,红细胞回收率达92.61%,与过滤前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 采用滤除白细胞血液进行临床输血可以显著降低非溶血性输血不良反应发生率,有效提高临床输血质量。

    Clinical effect of blood after filtering leukocyte in Shangrao City:2008-2010

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the quality of blood after filtering leukocyte and observe the clinical effect, to provide experimental basis for overall popularization of the technique in Shangrao City. Methods Investigation on the clinical effect of blood after filtering leukocyte on twelve hospitals of county and above of Shangrao:2008-2010. The clinical transfusion patients were divided into the observation group and control group randomly. The patients in observation group received blood after filtering leukocyte, the patients in control group received whole blood. Statistical study was given to the transfusion reaction in two groups of cases receiving blood transfusion therapy. Results After filtration, the removing rate of white cell was 99.07%, and the retrieving rate was 92.61%. There was significant difference than before filtration (P<0.01). The transfusion reaction in observation group was 0.705%,while the transfusion reaction in control group was 5.807%, which showed significant difference between them (P<0.01). Conclusion Blood transfusion with blood after filtering leukocyte may reduce the occurrence of transfusion reaction and the adverse reaction in blood transfusion caused by white blood cells may be reduce to the lowest degree.
