[摘要] 暴发性1型糖尿病是1型糖尿病的新亚型，起病急骤，在短时间内出现胰岛素极度缺乏，导致严重的代谢紊乱，且无明确的自身免疫反应证据，目前病因及发病机制尚不十分清楚。本文就曾救治的4例患者进行分析，以供临床医务人员参考。

    The analysis of 4 cases with fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus

    [Abstract] As a new subtype of type 1 diadetes mellitus, the onset time of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (FDM) is very short and its autoimmune reaction evidence is unclear. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of FDM is not exposed clearly yet. The paper analyzed the symtoms. Auxiliary examination and treatment outcome of 4 patients with FT1DM, which has some reference significance for clinical medical professinals.
