[摘要] 通过查阅国家药品不良反应监测中心自2001年11月～2010年12月《药品不良反应信息通报》的数据、相关文献报道，结合临床实践经验进行分析、总结，论述中药注射剂临床不良反应的成因及防控措施，加强防控意识、降低中药注射剂不良反应的发生率，保证中药注射剂的临床用药安全。
