[摘要] 目的 评价伏立康唑治疗ICU侵袭性真菌感染的有效性与安全性。 方法 收集我院2010年1月～2011年10月的ICU侵袭性真菌感染患者40例，均给予伏立康唑，观察症状体征、实验室及细菌学指标，并对该药疗效与副作用进行描述与评价。 结果 在本组40例患者中，痊愈6例，显效27例，进步4例，无效3例，总有效率82.5%；40例患者中9例发生伏立康唑相关不良反应事件，不良事件发生率22.5%，经治疗后均能好转。 结论 伏立康唑治疗ICU侵袭性真菌感染具有广谱抗真菌功效，同时它所引发的不良事件较少且多能耐受。
