[摘要] 探讨乳腺癌组织HER2基因状态和蛋白表达的检测方法及其临床应用，阐述目前已知的关于检测乳腺癌HER2基因状态及其蛋白表达情况的方法及其判断标准。结合国内外共识和评价，阐述乳腺癌患者HER2基因状态和蛋白表达情况对其预后评估、临床综合治疗方案选择的重要意义。

    [Abstract] To discuss the methods of testing for Her-2/neu-onocogene in breast cancer and its significance. Recount the techniques of detection for Her-2/neu-oncogene in breast cancer and the scoring system. Her-2/neu oncogene amplification and/or protein overexpression in breast carcinoma are of great importance because of their correlation with prognosis and due to the prediction of responsiveness to treatment.
