急性冠状动脉综合征患者调节性T细胞亚群Th3细胞的改变及临床意义(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨调节性T细胞亚群Th3细胞在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发病中的作用。 方法 32例急性心肌梗死(AMI)、37例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)和31例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者为研究对象,采用流式细胞学检测外周血单个核细胞,并计算Th3细胞比例(CD4+ TGF-β1+/CD4+ T细胞),ELISA检测血浆中Th3相关细胞因子TGF-β1的表达水平。 结果 SAP组Th3细胞比例和TGF-β1表达水平显著高于AMI组和UAP组,相比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);而AMI组和UAP组Th3细胞比例和TGF-β1表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。Th3细胞的比例与TGF-β1的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.547,P < 0.01)。 结论 Th3细胞下调可能与ACS的发生和发展有关,Th3细胞可能成为预防和治疗ACS新靶点。

    The alteration and its clinical significance of regulatory T cell subsets Th3 cells in patients with acute coronary syndrome

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the alteration of regulatory T cell subsets Th3 cells in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods All of 32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), 37 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 31 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) were studied. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells of plasma were tested by flow cytometry, and calculated the proportion of Th3 cells (CD4+ TGF-β1+/CD4+ T cells). The expression of plasma Th3 cytokine TGF-β1 was detected by ELISA. Results The proportion of Th3 cells and TGF-β1 expression of the SAP group were higher than that of the AMI group and UAP group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05); The proportion of Th3 cells and TGF-β1 expression had no significant difference between AMI group and UAP group (P > 0.05). There was positive correlation between the proportions of Th3 cells and TGF-β1 expression (r = 0.547, P < 0.01). Conclusion The down-regulation of the Th3 cells may involve in the occurrence and disease progression of ACS. Th3 cells may become a new target for prevention and treatment of ACS.
